The candidate of Boot Party,Prince Adeleke Adesoji Masilo had promised to change the face of Osun State economically and infrastructurally if elected Osun State governor in the forthcoming governorship Election in the state.
Prince Masilo who stated this when he featured on Impact Digital Television Osogbo personality interview programme tagged "The Dialogue" noted that his government would be modeled in line with late chief Bola Ige administration in 1979 to 1983.
He highlighted the manifesto of his party to include security of lives and property, Agriculture and food security ,women and youth Empowerment.good health, adequate water,power and health facilities.
The boot candidate noted that his party relied on the electorate and the focus of party was to position the state for economic growth as his administration would people oriented.
He emphasized the significance of traditional rulers in the act of governance,saying his administration would give power to traditional rulers and also ensure full local government autonomy to guarantee grassroots development.
Prince Masilo called on the electorate not to be deceived by moneybags politicians who were hellbent in buying their votes and urged electorate to entrust him with their votes for good governance and economic prosperity.
He maintained power must be given to people based on their capabilities and experience rather than primordial sentiments that could not bring about the necessary development in the state .
Prince Masilo called on critical stakeholders in the electoral process to be fair to all political parties and give them equal opportunities to operate without biased or favour to avoid political tension.
