The Senior Special Assistant to Osun State governor, Senator Ademola Adeleke on Civil society engagement, Comrade Ebenezer Olusegun says Governor Adeleke has done extremely well to deserve second term in office.
Comrade Olusegun who stated this when he featured on Impact Digital Television Osogbo personality interview programme tagged "The Dialogue" said Governor Adeleke achievements in the area of infrastructure development and economic prosperity had positioned him for electoral victory.
He noted that Governor Adeleke had succeeded in improving the welfare of workers in Osun State through payment of half salary arears and prompt payment of workers salary and allowances including improved welfare of pensioners.
The Senior Special Assistant called on the electorate to troup out in their thousands to vote for Governor Ademola Adeleke for the continuity of good governance in the forthcoming governorship Election in the state.
While speaking on the season of defection across political parties, Comrade Olusegun said Accord party had now populated with more vibrant political actors who had better positioned the party for electoral victory in the August 15th governorship Election in Osun State.
He called on all critical stakeholders in the electoral process to maintain neutrality and eschew acts capable of creating political tension in the state and give all political parties a level playing ground without biase or favour.
The senior Special Assistant decried political killings in the state saying Election was not a do or die affairs, maintaining all intention to put fear in the minds of Osun residents could not work as the electorate are resolute in their decision to vote Governor Ademola Adeleke in Osun State.
He said through support of Governor Adeleke he had changed the fortune of civil society in Osun State through frequent engagement and policy decision that make Osun civil society to become a symbol of emulation across the country.
