The general manager ,Osun Waste management Agency, Sanitation Fatai Oladosu says the agency will continue to sustain its zero tolerance for indiscriminate dumping of refuse and waste in the state
Sanitarian Oladosu who stated this in a chat with IDTV News Crew in Osogbo noted that the agency would continue to enforce punishment on those who are arrested for indiscriminate dumping of waste.
He said whenever defaulters were arrested they would be prosecuted and force to pay fine as sancton for their unhealthy practices.
The General manager maintained that the agency was committed to making the state clean especially Osogbo,the state Capital , explained that the agency was on always on ground at the markets and some other strategic places in Osogbo to make the environment conducive for citizenry.
He said the agency in collaboration with the PSP operators had divided the state Capital ,Osogbo into clusters and this had helped the agency to sustain the feat of making the state environmental friendly.
The general manager urged residents to always support the agency through prompt payment of their bills as it cost government fortune to sustain the agency.
Sanitarian Oladosu hinted that the agency would not rest on its laurel until the state becomes clean and environmental friendly.
