Osun State government has fulfilled its promise of completing the first phase of Osun groove road before this year's Osun Osogbo festival.
IDTV had early reported that Osun state commissioner for Culture and tourism ,Mr Abiodun Ojo during his assessment visit to the site.
A visit by the IDTV crew to the site this morning showed that the first phase has been completed.
Some of the passers by who spoke with IDTV commended governor Ademola Adeleke for fulfilling his promises.
They said the road would ease means of movement in the environment and also make the heritage site look more attractive.
