First batch of Osun pilgrims set to be airlifted from Jedda international Airport in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia tomorrow.
The luggage of the pilgrims had been conveyed from their hotel to Airport for onward transmission to Nigeria.
The luggage which has been pegged to 23kg per bag was Screened by official of Jedda international Airport.
The Chairman, Osun State Muslim prigrims welfare board Alhaji Maroof Isola who had earlier urged the Pilgrims to comply with Saudi Arabia Aviation directive to avoid embarrassment.
Alhaji Isola told the pilgrims not to package unnecessary items which would expose them to ridicule and equally soil the image of Osun and Nigeria as a whole.
He commended the pilgrims for their conduct so far in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia ,saying they had demonstrated the ethoes of Omoluabi throught their stay in Saudi Arabia.
The Executive Director of Impact Digital Television, Osogbo,Alhaji Wasiu Ajadosu reports that over three hundred pilgrims are expected to be airlifted to Nigeria tomorrow.
