Osun Monarch demands revamping of moribund Omoluabi garments company




The Alabere of Abere ,Oba Mutalib Adefemi has decried the abandoned company ,Omoluabi garments as it premises turned to criminal hideout.


Oba Adefemi who stated this in a chat with  IDTV Crew at  his palace in Abere said the neglected company had exposed the area to criminal activities.

The monarch urged the concerned authorities to look into the matter and revamp the hitherto vibrants company for the good of the host community.

He said some of the companies sited in Abere needed government attention like free trade zone and others as the industries supposed to serve as source of employment and revenue generation for the community and government.
 

Oba Adefemi commended Osun State government for the on going dualization of Abere Ede road , saying the road is significant to economic development of the town 

He noted that the present administration in the state had scored high marks in the area of infrastructure and economic development of the state.

The monarch called on politicians to play the game according to the rules,noting that  forthcoming governorship election in the state must be peaceful and devoid of rancour and acrimony.


He emphasized the need for federal government to give traditional institution constitutional roles as traditional rulers had better understanding of  the needs and yarning of their subjects.
