Speaking at the event which took place at Imole house, osogbo, governor Adeleke appreciated those in attendance for their love and support for his government.
He stressed the need for everyone to work relentlessly in order to win a second term as Osun state governor.
In a remark, the director general of the Imole campaign council, Senator Lere Oyewumi noted that the task of the campaign council should be more on voters' education so that every voter will know the name and symbol of the party on which the governor is contesting.
He emphasized the need to maintain peace during the campaign stressing that there are many achievements to use to sell the Accord party Governorship candidate for second term
In separate remarks, the PDP chairman in osun State, Mr Sunday Bisi, Accord Party national secretary, , Dr Mrs Ajaja, Doctor Wole. Alabi expressed.the hope that the campaign council would deliver as the Accord party candidate who is a serving governor in osun State has already written his name in the heart of voters through inclusive and developmental governance
In attendance at the event are.Accord party chieftains and aspirants in the south west including , oriyomi Hamzat who is aspiring for Accord Governorship ticket in oyo state.
The Imole campaign council is chaired by Professor.Wale.Oladipo, , Senator Lere Oyewumi is the director general while deputy director general is Barrister Kolapo Alimi. Prince Bola Ajao is to serve as the secretary while Barrister Pelumi.Olajengbesi is the spokesperson.
Members are secretary to the Osun state government, ALH Teslim.Igbalaye, Engr Lasun Yusuf, ALH MOSHOOD Adeoti, Barrister Wole Jimi Bada, Dr Olu.Alabi, David Adeleke, Bishop Seun Adeoye, Kamorudeen Ajisafe, Prince Diran Odeyemi among others.
